BRIAN FITZGERALD was appointed executive director of the Business-Higher Education Forum in January 2005. Prior to this appointment, he was staff director of the American Council on Education’s advisory committee on student financial assistance. He has also been a senior research analyst at Pelavin Associates, a senior analyst and project manager for Advanced Technology, and a vice president for marketing at Preview.
